United States · Built for producing wells

Keep the sand downhole. Keep the oil moving.

Paxcell Energy builds, sources, and delivers specialty oil well equipment - and the TruFlo chemistry that stops flowback, clears scale, and restores rate without a rig-heavy workover.

What we do

Define the problem. Design the solution. Deploy it.

Sand, wax, sulfate scale, and junk in the wellbore all look like "the well is dying." They are different problems. We diagnose first, then match chemistry, a cleanout BHA, or a completions assembly - not a catalog dump.

  • Production-enhancement chemistry designed for mature and sand-prone wells
  • Sourced cleanout and completions hardware, workshop-tested before it ships
  • Mixing systems and remote technical backup for partners in the field
About Paxcell
Producing wellhead on a Texas pad at dusk Porous sand aggregates after surface-charge treatment
Portfolio

Four ways we show up on the well.

Unstable sand migration versus stable aggregation around the wellbore
Left: migrating sand. Right: porous aggregates that still flow oil.
Why operators call

The well is making sand - or making water with the oil.

Choking back to a maximum sand-free rate leaves reserves in the ground. Resin consolidation often steals the permeability you were trying to save. Surface desanders only treat the symptom.

  • Frac proppant and formation fines erode pumps, chokes, and separators
  • Screens and packs plug; workovers repeat two or three times a year
  • Water cut climbs as the sand face fails
  • Wax and sulfate scale cut injectivity a few months after stimulation

How a job starts

Send the well file. We will say if chemistry or steel is the answer.

Define

Production history, completion schematic, sand or scale samples if you have them. Candidate screen in days, not a quarter.

Design

Volumes, brine, pre-flush, placement - bullhead, coil, packers, or diverters - and a written pumping program.

Deploy

On-site or remote supervision, then sand-rate and water-cut tracking after the shut-in.

Workshop-prepared intervention tools ready for a cleanout string
When the wellbore is dirty, tools go in before the pill.

Ready to review a candidate well?

Share rate history, a wellbore sketch, and the sand or scale problem. We will tell you whether TruFlo-N, a DS dissolver, or a cleanout / completions package is the honest next step.
